فضلها:
عن عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ -رضي الله عنه- أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ- قَالَ: (صَلَاةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ تَفْضُلُ صَلَاةَ الْفَذِّ بِسَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً) رواه مسلم، وفي رواية (بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ) رواه البخاري، ومسلم.
وصلاة الجماعة شعار الإسلام، وإقامتها من الدين، فعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بنِ مسعودٍ –رضي الله عنه- قَالَ: "وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا وَمَا يَتَخَلَّفُ عَنْهَا إِلاَّ مُنَافِقٌ مَعْلُومُ النِّفَاقِ، وَلَقَدْ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُؤْتَى بِهِ يُهَادَى بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ [يمشى معتمدًا عليهما] حَتَّى يُقَامَ فِي الصَّفِّ" رواه مسلم.
حكم صلاة الجماعة:
للرجال: والأرجح أنها واجبة، للأدلة الواردة في ذلك:
قال الله تعالى: {وَإِذَا كُنْتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلاةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْهُمْ مَعَكَ} [النساء: 102]. فاللامُ للأمْرِ، والأصلُ في الأمْرِ: الوجوبُ.
وعن أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ -رضي الله عنه- أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ- قَالَ: (لقد هَمَمْتُ [عزمت وصممتُ] أنْ آمُرَ بالصَّلاةِ فتُقامَ، ثم آمُرَ رَجُلًا فيصلِّيَ بالنَّاسِ، ثم أنطلقَ معي برِجَالٍ معهم حُزَمٌ مِن حَطَبٍ إلى قَوْمٍ لا يشهدُون الصَّلاةَ، فأُحَرِّقَ عليهم بيوتَهم بالنَّارِ) رواه البخاري، ومسلم.
وقال النَّبِيُّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- للأَعْمَى: (هَلْ تَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ بِالصَّلاَةِ؟ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ: قَالَ: فَأَجِبْ) رواه مسلم.
صلاة الجماعة للنساء:
النساءُ لا تلزمهنَّ صلاةُ الجماعةِ، لكن لو اجتمعن للصلاة: فالراجح أنه تجوز لهن الصلاة جماعة سواء كن منفردات عن الرجال أو مع الرجال، لقول الرسول -صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ- قَالَ: (لَا تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ وَلْيَخْرُجْنَ تَفِلَاتٍ [غير متزينات] قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: وَلَوْ رَأَى حَالَهُنَّ الْيَوْمَ مَنَعَهُنَّ) رواه أبو داود، وأحمد.
وقد يكون خروجهن للمساجد مطلوبًا: لتعلم أمور دينهن التي لابد لهن منها، أو لتعليم غيرهن.
العدد الّذي تنعقد به الجماعة:
تنعقدُ الجماعة بواحد مع الإمام، ولو كان صبيًا أو امرأة.
ما تدرك به الجماعة:
الراجح: أنها لا تُدرك إلا بركعة، لحديث: (مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنْ الصَّلَاةِ مَعَ الإِمَامِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلَاةَ) رواه البخاري ومسلم.
